Blooming Day Spa is a locally owned spa founded by licensed massage therapist Becky Smith. The spa describes its roots as intuitive healing and community wellness. Becky spent years at Sink Creek Spa before opening her own studio, and her interest in herbalism shapes the menu.

The spa is open every day from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and street parking is free and close to the studio.

Many treatments use herbal oils that are handcrafted and slowly infused in-house, in hydrating, detox, circulation and muscle-soothing blends. Massage and body treatments rely mostly on local, organic bath and beauty products. Pamper packages use small-batch herbal oils, and the Romance Package includes a spa-made Lasting Love oil.

Massage services are offered to clients 15 and older; minors need written parental or guardian consent and a guardian on site for the full session. Standard massages are $110 for 60 minutes and $165 for 90 minutes, and the Blooming Massage Experience starts at $100 for 60 minutes. Reservations require a credit card. Changes or cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged 50 percent of the service. Late arrivals receive a shorter session with the full fee, and arrivals more than 20 minutes late without notice may be canceled with a fee. Gratuity is not included, with a typical range of 20 to 25 percent. The spa does not keep cash on hand; payment can be made by cash, check, Venmo or credit card. Gift cards are redeemed by entering the 16-digit eGift code in the booking notes.
