Trisha Welch holds a license as a massage therapist (LMT) and graduated from The Lauterstein-Conway Massage School in 2018. Her training includes prenatal massage, and she is building further skill in craniosacral therapy. Her sessions are meant to ease pain patterns, lessen tension and make room for the body to recover.
