The spa centers on two services: lash extensions and waxing. Lash sets come in classic, soft hybrid, hybrid, full hybrid and volume styles, and clients who want to keep their lashes full book fills either about two weeks or about three weeks after the previous appointment.

Waxing makes up the larger part of the menu. Prices run from $10 for the lower lip to $90 for full legs, and several areas are priced from a starting amount, such as the back, chest and stomach. Options range from small areas like the eyebrows, ears and nose to larger ones like the full arms, half legs and full face.

Booking is available Monday through Friday, with shorter afternoon hours on Monday, Tuesday and Friday and a full day on Wednesday and Thursday. The spa is closed on weekends. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, are charged half the scheduled service cost. Waxing visits allow a 7-minute grace period for late arrival and lash visits allow 15 minutes. Clients are asked to let the spa know if they will be late, since an arrival past the grace period that leaves too little time for the service may mean the appointment is canceled, a half fee applied and a new appointment set.

Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
