The sugaring paste is made from three ingredients: sugar, water and lemon juice. The studio says it uses 100% organic sugar with no additives. It also says the warmth of the paste, close to body temperature, means it does not burn the skin, and that sugaring leaves hair finer and softer, with less irritation, breakage and ingrowns. The services page says results last longer than waxing.

Clients receive a gate code directly. After entering, they walk straight up the green staircase and use the second door on the left. Free two-hour street parking and metered parking are available nearby. Feminine products are kept on hand in case of an emergency. The studio describes itself as a supportive, judgment-free space and welcomes clients of all backgrounds, body shapes and walks of life.

Before a visit, the studio advises avoiding exfoliation, lotions and oils that day, cutting back on caffeine and spray tanning, and drinking plenty of water. Hair should be about 14 days past the last shave, as longer hair gives better results. Visits every 4 to 6 weeks are described as average. Afterward, clients should avoid touching the treated skin, exercise, fragranced lotions, harsh chemical products and exfoliation right away, then exfoliate daily from about two days after. Cancellations within 12 hours incur 50% of the appointment price, and no-shows incur the full price. Clients reschedule by calling or texting the studio. Clients can be sugared during their period, though it may be slightly more painful.

The studio also offers sugaring certification training in partnership with Savvy Certification, in a hybrid format with 10 to 17 hours of online learning plus in-person hands-on work with an instructor, or a self-paced online-only option with instructional videos and video assessments. The training credential is described as CIDESCO-endorsed. A Mastery Bundle covers brazilian and manzilian training, and instructor Aimee Kellerman gives video feedback during the course.
