The facial menu is arranged in tiers. Express options run 30 to 40 minutes and cover cleansing, exfoliation and a mask, with microdermabrasion or microcurrent available as add-ons. Full facials run 50 to 90 minutes and include a calming option for sensitive, inflamed skin, an acne-focused facial, a version for clients 17 and under that also teaches at-home skin care, and Ile's Favorite Facial, a 70-minute treatment with microdermabrasion, an enzyme peel, extractions and oxygen. The Do-It-All Deluxe Facial is 90 minutes and includes every upgrade. Upgrades can be added to any facial, including loaded oxygen, a jelly-texture peel-off mask, extra massage and microcurrent. The Decide Later option books extra time so the esthetician can recommend upgrades after looking at the skin.

Lash and brow services use plant-based tints that last up to four weeks, and a keratin lash lift that lasts four to six weeks. Waxing covers the face, from eyebrows and lip to cheeks, and the body, from feet and underarms to full legs and back. Buying three of the same waxing service earns 15% off the total, and waxing packages must be used within one year of purchase. eGift cards are available on the website.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment are charged 50% of the appointment total, and no-shows are charged the full amount. The fee is waived when a client or someone they live with is ill, provided the appointment is rebooked at least 14 days after the cancellation.

Treatments are tailored to each client, and when Decide Later is chosen, upgrades are recommended after the esthetician analyzes the skin.
