Extension clients start with an online application, which asks for two current photos of their hair taken in natural light, from the front and back. The salon then reviews applications, typically within a few business days, and arranges a free two-phase consultation. The first phase is a phone call covering the application, a quote and hair preparation. The second phase is a visit with the extension artist on the appointment day to confirm the look. Consultations are usually scheduled one to two weeks after the application arrives, and appointments are commonly booked four to six weeks ahead, with a waitlist kept for cancellations. A non-refundable $500 deposit reserves an extension installation, and the remaining balance is due after the extensions are in. According to the salon, most first-time extension clients spend between $800 and $1,800 across extensions, luxury color, a cut, styling and a take-home bag.

The salon offers several extension methods. Hand-tied extensions are sewn onto beads without heat, glue or tape and usually need maintenance every six to eight weeks. The Luna method uses minimal bead attachments and is described as suited to fine hair. Natural Beaded Rows use beads and string to spread weight across the scalp. Invisible Bead Extensions use a nearly invisible bead and are described as suited to medium-density hair. Crown extensions add fullness across the top half of the head and volume at the sides, go in during one appointment without heat, glue or tape, and are custom colored and cut. ComBline and V-Light and crown and mesh integration are also offered. All extensions are made from 100% human hair, and the salon says its methods avoid damage when used with proper care.

Halocouture pieces include the Original Halo, Layered Halo, Halo Bang, Bangs, Ponytail and The Fall. The Original Halo suits fine to medium density hair. The Layered Halo is made for medium to thick density hair and carries about 30% more hair than the Original Halo. The Fall is a top-coverage piece designed to conceal thinning or loss on the crown and is secured with four silicone-coated clips. The Halo Bang is a 10 to 12 inch piece that can be cut as a face-frame, curtain or side-swept bang, and it can be solid, balayaged or rooted.

The color menu covers solid color, full and partial highlights or balayage, dimensional color and maintenance color. Luxury color can be booked alone or added to an extension appointment. Keratin treatments use the Cezanne brand, which the salon describes as formaldehyde free and free of harsh chemicals. Classic and Ultimate Blonde treatments start at $300, and Express and Express Blonde start at $250; exact pricing follows a free consultation. Express treatments take about 1.5 to 2.5 hours and last up to three months, while Classic treatments take about 2.5 to 3 hours and last up to five months. Keratin treatments have no downtime, so clients can color, shampoo, style or exercise right after.
