The menu covers signature haircuts for kids ages 5 to 12, men and women, along with blowouts, roller set blowouts and curled styles on dry hair. A hair styling lesson, lasting 75 minutes, teaches curling with an iron and blow-drying with a round brush, and clients can bring their own tools or use the stylist's. Several add-ons can be combined with services, including a hair masque for dry or stressed hair, a heat styling add-on for curls or straightening, and a scalp scrub that addresses flakiness and buildup.

Color work includes full color, toner gloss, shine gloss treatments, root refreshes, partial and full highlights, and partial and full foilyage. Toner gloss refreshes existing color and tones down unwanted warmth, and is not meant for gray coverage or a major change. The portfolio shows butterfly haircuts, balayage, babylights and lowlights, fashion color, layered cuts with bangs, and full highlights and foilyage.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment carry a 30% fee, while same-day cancellations and no-shows carry a 50% fee. Any outstanding cancellation fees must be paid before a new appointment can be booked.

Services are customized to the client, from full color that accounts for gray coverage when needed to haircuts and a Brazilian Blowout tailored to hair type.
