The services cover women's, men's and children's haircuts, color from toner and highlights to balayage and lived-in blonde, blowouts and perms, scalp and conditioning treatments, and keratin smoothing options. Men can book cuts, beard and eyebrow work, scalp cleanses and a hydrating facial. Bridal clients can book trial sessions, wedding-day hair and makeup, and an option for artists to travel to a chosen location. Color consultations are complimentary, and listed prices are starting rates, with final pricing discussed at consultation.

The salon is also a gallery, with a rotating collection of local and regional art in a light, open space. It hosts exhibitions with artists from the greater Chicago area, invites local artists to apply to exhibit, and runs a creative art contest every other month. Winners receive prizes and have their artwork displayed in the gallery. The salon says it supports the Geneva art scene and accepts donations toward its goal of nurturing creativity in the community.

Cancellations need 24 hours' notice to adjust an appointment, and there are no automated cancellation fees. Clients are asked to arrive with hair washed in the previous 24 to 48 hours and free of heavy styling products. Children are welcome, and a private, quiet room is available for haircuts.
