Visits are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. Hours are 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Fridays, and 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturdays, with the salon closed on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Clients are asked to give as much notice as possible if they cannot attend. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled services, at the provider's discretion. Payment is accepted by card, mobile wallet, Venmo, Zelle and cash.

On-site services outside the salon carry a fee starting at $50, which depends on distance and whether the visit falls within regular salon hours.
