The menu covers color work from accent and mini highlights through balayage, full highlights, root work and color correction, with many color services available alone or combined with a haircut. Haircuts, shampoo and style, clipper cuts, kids' cuts for ages 10 and under, and brow and lip waxing are also offered, along with formal updos, down dos and a bridal style trial. The studio says custom-mixed color formulas are recorded for each client and that this supports consistent results from visit to visit.

Hand-tied beaded row extensions are a central part of the studio. A consultation is required before any extension install, and a non-refundable deposit equal to the cost of the hair is collected to book the install. The first install, which includes custom-colored hair, hand-tied placement and a cut and style, takes about two to four hours. Before and after photos are taken, and aftercare instructions are given. Adjustments are recommended every six to eight weeks depending on growth, and replacement every seven to twelve months depending on upkeep. The studio says mineral sunscreens are safe for extension hair and that most sunscreens can tint hair orange.

The Brazilian Blowout is a smoothing treatment that takes about two hours and costs $275. The studio says results last up to 12 weeks. Color can be done on the same day, performed before the treatment.

New clients start with a 15-minute consultation on arrival to talk through hair goals. The first visit includes an extended consultation for an extra fee, and new-client block pricing differs from the regular menu. Appointments are confirmed 48 hours ahead by text and email, cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations and no-shows carry a 50% charge. Arriving more than 10 minutes late brings a $5 fee and may mean services are refused or changed. Children are not recommended in the salon unless they have their own appointment, since the space is not childproofed. Clients who refer a new client receive a $20 gift certificate once that person has a service worth $50 or more.

Consultations come first, so clients feel heard and the plan is agreed before any color or cutting begins.
