The studio aims for extensions and blonde that look natural while protecting hair health. Before any extension is placed, the team looks at each client's hair texture, color and density. A visit starts with a consultation. New extension clients book a 15-minute consultation for $50, and new clients need an in-person consultation before any highlighting or blonding service. Extension installs require a non-refundable 50% deposit, due at the consultation and credited toward the appointment. During appointments, clients receive hot towels and wear color robes. Refreshments include lattes, rose, sparkling water and snacks, and there is Wi-Fi and a bar area for working during the visit.
