Rectify Boston operates as an independent, appointment-only studio in a private suite. The studio describes itself as being in the heart of Boston, and the space is set up to feel relaxed and welcoming.

The studio's approach is that hair should look good between visits, not only when it leaves the chair. Cuts and color are planned around how the hair will grow out, so the result stays workable for weeks afterward.

Booking changes need at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment are charged the full service fee to the card on file, and cancellations made within 48 hours are charged half the fee.

Rectify Luxe is the salon's membership tier, and interested clients request it through a contact form on the VIP page. Members are seen first when booking, with early access to the booking calendar and priority for returning clients, and they can reserve private event appointments. Each member receives a hair care plan built around them, a welcome gift of products, and a free restorative mask following every color service. Parking benefits match paid parking receipts with each year's spending on services and products.

Cuts and color are planned for how the hair grows out between appointments, not just for the day of the visit.
