Blonde & Gold is a collective of independent artists working from one location on Queen Anne Avenue North in Seattle. The salon describes its artists as bringing a new perspective to hair.

The team includes owners Blair and Jayme, who are both master colorists and master stylists, and Jenna, who works as a stylist and colorist. Individual artists set their own services and prices, so the menu reflects each person's own specialties.

The salon is open from 10:00 to 7:00 every day. Texting is the preferred way to reach the salon, and clients should allow several hours for a reply. Free street parking is available nearby, including two-hour, four-hour and unmarked all-day spots. Service times are estimated ranges and can double depending on hair amount, the result wanted, existing color and texture. Clients who would like a quiet appointment can write silent appointment in the booking message box.

Going lighter over self-applied or other-stylist color may call for a consultation and can take more than one session. Olaplex and or K18 can be added to help reduce dryness for clients lightening their hair.

Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late may have their service canceled or adjusted at the artist's discretion. Appointment changes must be made 48 hours ahead or the full service amount is charged. Cancellations and reschedules inside 48 hours carry a 50% fee of the booked services, and no-shows are charged in full. Cancellations must be sent by text, as email and phone are not accepted. Color or cut adjustments are complimentary when the salon is notified within two weeks of the appointment. All rates and sales are final, and refunds or redos are not given.

Each artist works independently, setting their own services and pricing and offering only the work they feel passionate about.
