The salon is open on Wednesdays and Fridays, from 10 AM to 8 PM, and closed on the other days of the week.

The menu runs from quick add-ons and face frame highlights to full highlights, all-over color, and full balayage with hand-painted highlights. A full highlight includes a gloss or toner, a shampoo, a scalp massage and a blowout. Color correction, including box dye, is also offered, with a longer appointment for that work.

Extensions are a major part of the menu. Hand-tied extensions are installed in 18, 20 and 22 inch lengths, and existing hand-tied extensions can be moved up. The 20 and 22 inch installs require a $500 deposit. A 30-minute extension consultation covers the options and is listed at no charge. The Luxe Blowout is for hair with keratin treatment or hand-tied weft extensions.

The salon charges a 50% cancellation fee. Clients are asked to let the salon know as soon as possible if they need to cancel or move an appointment.
