An in-bar visit begins with a wash using products selected for the client's hair type and chosen style, followed by a blow out. Clients can add treatments from brands such as Color Wow, UNITE, BLONDAFix, Keratin Complex and Uluxury, along with braids, head massages, deep conditioning or an Express Keratin treatment. Children aged 8 and under can book a Blo Mini, which is a wash and blow out. Blow outs are available without a special occasion.

Makeup is offered alongside blow outs at many locations. Clients can choose one of five signature looks or a custom look, and services run from brows and lash application to a full face with lashes. Some locations also offer manicures, pedicures and waxing, and Blo On The Go brings a stylist to the client for blow outs. Bridal services at some locations include hair and makeup by an on-site beauty expert at a hotel, reception or other venue, plus group styling for bridal parties. Blo Party space can be booked for birthdays, showers and other gatherings.

Mane Squeeze membership plans include two blow outs a month or four on a four-pack. Unused blow outs roll over for 90 days, membership perks can be used only at the home location where the plan was bought, and a plan can be paused or cancelled at any time. Blo Tabs give eight blow outs for the price of seven and are sold in-bar only.
