BlitzTheStudio describes itself as a luxury hair salon and hair extension brand. It sits in Suite 110 on Vollmer Road in Flossmoor and was founded by Brianna Adams, a licensed cosmetologist who built the business around client concerns such as confidence, hair damage, poor installs, hair loss, and a lack of hair-science education.

Its extensions come in three tiers: raw, Brazilian, and an everyday-level line, sold as Strande, Sofine, and Silke. A separate luxury range, the Kultivated Collection, includes bundles, closures, frontals, tape-ins, and wigs. Memberships are a central part of the business. Blitz Maintenance is $99 a month, Blitz Loc Maintenance Club is $125 every three months and includes one qualifying loc retwist each cycle, Blitz Protective Style Club is $199 and Blitz Luxury Hair Club is $299 per membership period. Blitz Busy Woman is $149 a month and includes $165 in monthly salon service credit, with one reschedule per quarter given proper notice. Memberships renew automatically on the payment method on file until canceled, and must be canceled before the next billing date to avoid another charge. Booking is done through the online system, and a non-refundable deposit secures every appointment and is applied to the final balance. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations forfeit the deposit. There is a 10-minute grace period; arriving 10 or more minutes late incurs a $15 late fee, and arriving 15 or more minutes late may mean cancellation if there is not enough time left. Clients should arrive with hair detangled, free of heavy product buildup, and dry unless shampooing is included. The remaining balance is due at the end of the appointment, and cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Square-processed cards are accepted. Concerns about a completed service must be reported within 72 hours, and hair sales, including extensions, wigs, lace products, and tape-ins, are final once opened, worn, or altered.
