The salon has been run by owner Latishia Green for 13 years. She is a cosmetologist and a licensed cosmetology instructor, and she has taught cosmetology for the past 13 years and has more than 25 years of hands-on experience in the beauty industry.

The menu leans toward textured and protective styles. Locs, twists and natural styles include starter locs and loc retwists, and there are also color, relaxer, scalp treatment, cutting and styling services, plus waxing for the lip, chin and eyebrows.

Booking works on a deposit. Appointments require a $40 deposit sent by Zelle, and a booking without a deposit within 30 minutes is treated as a walk-in with payment due on arrival. The hair consultation costs $40 and is applied to the hair service you book. There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, after which a $20 late fee applies, and same-day cancellations carry a fee of 50 percent of the appointment amount unless there is an emergency. Requests for a time that is already booked, or before 9 AM, carry a $50 squeeze-in fee, and Early Access appointments before 8 AM are $75 and non-refundable. Color services need at least 24 hours' notice, and some styles require the client to supply hair, with 48 hours' notice for certain services.

The salon is open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday mid-week with varied hours, Tuesday from 9 AM to 4 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, and it is closed on Sundays.
