The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday, closed Sunday and Monday. Hours run from 2:30 PM to 7 PM on Tuesday and Friday, 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM on Wednesday, 2:30 PM to 9 PM on Thursday, and 8:30 AM to 2 PM on Saturday. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. New clients booking medium, large or small knotless braids pay a $25 deposit.

Visits follow set studio policies, and booking means agreeing to them. Style times are estimates, and photos or videos are taken of every style. Hair needs to be at least 4 inches long all around to be serviced. Children are serviced only when they are getting a service, and an adult must be present with them. Clients get a 10-minute grace period; a $10 late fee applies after that, and the appointment is canceled after 15 minutes. Appointments not canceled at least 48 hours ahead carry a 60% cancellation fee.

Listed prices run from $20 for add-ons to $350 for small knotless braids, and some services are priced from a starting amount.
