Blink Studio is a waxing, threading and tinting studio in Minneapolis. The studio is in unit 215 at the rear of the building at 700 North Washington Avenue. Services fall into four groups: body waxing, threading, tinting and facial waxing.
Body waxing covers underarms, a traditional bikini, a barely-there bikini that extends to the inside panels of the upper thigh, and a Brazilian for full hair removal, which can be modified and usually takes 40 minutes or more. Body waxing needs at least 2.5 weeks of hair growth before the appointment. The bikini and Brazilian services are offered to female clients.
Threading is available for the chin, lip and brow. Brow threading uses a soft thread and is offered to clients who use skin medications or have reactive skin. Brow and lash tinting can be booked alone or together, and lash tinting darkens lashes.
Appointments are booked through the Book tab on the website, where open times are also shown. Gift cards are available. Clients can call either listed number, (612) 338-5211 or (612) 207-1951, with texts going to the second number, or email brook.blinkstudio@gmail.com.
Complimentary parking is behind the Tower Lofts building and marked with a blink parking sign. Drivers can enter from North 2nd Street through the Sol Tva apartments driveway at 701 N 2nd Street. The back lot is shared with a neighboring building, so on foot use the Tower tunnel entrance on Washington Avenue and walk to the rear of the building.
