Every appointment begins with a consultation covering your history, daily routine and goals, and the brow mapping is shown to you before any work starts. Appointments are scheduled with enough time to be completed without rushing, and most take between 45 and 90 minutes depending on the service. Brow appointments can be booked with makeup on, while lash tint clients should arrive without mascara. Both locations have nearby street or garage parking, and clients pay any parking fees. Tipping is not expected.

Signature Brows Shape is the core brow service and includes the consultation, a brow shampoo and brow gel. Add-ons such as Lycon waxing for brows, brow tint, or lamination can be combined with the shape. The Beauty Reset is a two-hour appointment that may combine brow lamination, shaping, tint, Lycon waxing, lash tint and post-care with a makeup touch-up, and the studio describes it as its most complete brow and lash experience. First-time clients can book I Don't Know What to Book, a one-hour session with a personal consultation.

Policies: booking requires a $45 non-refundable deposit, which can be moved to a new appointment without forfeiture if rescheduled at least 49 hours ahead. Cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours notice are charged the full service price. Arriving up to 10 minutes late may reduce the time for the appointment. Touch Up is only for clients who have been seen at either location within the past 14 days. Any service added or upgraded during an appointment is priced first and needs your agreement, with the difference paid at the end. Accepted payments include credit and debit cards, Apple Pay in studio, Venmo, Zelle on request, cash, checks and gift cards.

Consulting and makeup services extend beyond the studio. The Full Beauty Audit takes about three hours and can be done in person in New York or Minneapolis or online, covering a cosmetics review, personal product recommendations and discounts on major makeup brands. Advanced Wardrobe and Advanced Wardrobe plus Beauty add a wardrobe review and a curated shopping list. Bridal makeup is priced after consultation, and a bridal makeup trial is offered. The studio travels for weddings, shoots and events in other cities, states and countries, and wedding parties and photoshoots receive custom quotes. A 20% referral discount is offered, and promotions are shared on Instagram and by email.

Appointments start with a consultation and brow mapping before any work begins, and the studio aims to allow enough time for each service to be done without rushing.
