Each style is listed with a price, and many entries say what that price covers, such as hair, a wash, a blow dry, or a typical appointment length. Some styles show a minimum time rather than an exact one, and a few of the longer installs are given as approximate durations.

Booking requires a non-refundable deposit that holds the appointment, and the amount depends on the service. Changes are requested at least 24 hours ahead. Shorter notice or a no-show is charged half the service total, and arriving 15 or more minutes late carries a $25 late fee. Buy Now, Pay Later can be used in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

The studio is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 8 AM to 5 PM, Thursday and Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday from 5 AM to 5 PM. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

The portfolio includes examples of kids Fulani, kids knotless, kids stitch braids, Bohemian knotless and knotless styles. One-on-one braid classes are offered for $250, about four hours, with a $100 deposit; they cover hair care, tools, and braiding and parting technique.
