Braid styles include stitch, feed-in, lemonade, tribal, knotless, and braided ponytails, plus cornrows and cobra feed-in braids. Crochet styles, quick weaves, sleek ponytails, traditional sew-ins, and clip-in extensions are also on the menu.

Treatments include a Kerafena smoothing service starting at $260 that covers trim and styling, with Kerafena model service priced from $160 to $240. A scalp exfoliation treatment is listed at $45 and an exfoliating scalp scrub from $20, which the salon describes as clearing buildup and dead skin from the scalp. Deep conditioning, steam or hydration treatments, shampoo blow dries, and wash and go styles are also available.

Policies: rescheduling carries a $15 non-refundable fee paid at the time of rescheduling. Arriving late incurs a $20 fee after 10 minutes, plus $1 for each minute after 10 up to 20 minutes; past 20 minutes the appointment must be rescheduled with a $30 fee that must be paid before rebooking. Cancellations are charged 75% of the appointment cost, so clients are asked to notify the salon as early as possible. Payments may be sent via Zelle or CashApp, and gift cards in $50, $75, $100, $200, or custom amounts are sold as final.
