Services are grouped into Locs, Styles and Classes. THE WORKS is the studio's three-hour loc service, starting at $300 and priced by hair length. It includes an ACV detox, a steam treatment, fixing parts, a wash and deep conditioning, a scalp treatment, up to five loc repairs, a retwist, and a style of the client's choice. It is recommended for first-time clients and for anyone who has gone six months or more without maintenance.

Other loc services include instant locs from $600 and micro locs from $1,200, both requiring a consultation. Children are welcome for instant locs. Micro locs consultations are 30 minutes and cost $25. Loc repair and extension consultations are 30 minutes for $25 and cover examining the locs, discussing a treatment plan, and answering questions. The price may change if hair is matted or repairs are added to a service. X-small locs carry an upcharge.

The styling menu includes a wash, retwist and basic style in about two hours from $125, which covers barrel rolls, cornrows and basic ponytails. Freestyle with a loc service runs about two hours from $150 and includes creative styles, loc petals and mohawks. Two strands, rope twists or plaits take about two hours from $150. Wash, retwist and curls takes about four hours from $150, and rod curls and pipe cleaner curls are offered.

The one-on-one loc class costs $1,000 and covers healthy loc maintenance, retwisting, cleaning parts without cutting, and two styles, with class supplies and models included. Clients should arrive with clean, loose hair for consultations. Appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours, and same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the appointment price to the card on file. No-call, no-show appointments are charged in full, and arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a same-day cancellation.

The studio's focus is on healthy locs, with cleansing, conditioning and scalp care built into its loc services.
