Founder and owner Page Kryst leads the salon and also teaches students alongside client work. New guests book a consultation, which is recommended but not required unless booking with Page. The standard Natural Hair Consultation covers hair history, goals, lifestyle, a personal in-salon and home routine with product recommendations, and scalp care, exfoliation and hydration. It can also be booked as the Hair Journey Strategy Session, which new guest bookings start with and which includes seven foundational services in the first package. A consultation can include a 12-month goal plan.

Signature services include The Rejuvenation, a one-hour scalp care, detox and hair treatment with mist or steam and a scalp massage meant to stimulate circulation. Natural Curls uses curl enhancing techniques to define curls with movement, shine and moisture, and typically lasts 5 to 7 days with home care. Natural twists and braids are protective styles that tuck away the ends and typically last 2 to 5 weeks. To visit, park in the back by entering the driveway between the one story and two story buildings. The entrance is in the back, upstairs on the right; the door stays locked, so guests knock to enter. Guests are asked to bring personal headphones for their devices.
