The studio's longest offering is Acne Bootcamp, a three-to-four-month program. Office visits take place roughly every two weeks and are paired with a home routine based on the Face Reality Skincare method. Every program opens with an initial consultation followed by a tailored treatment plan. According to the business, most clients notice a significant improvement within 12 weeks when they use the prescribed products and make changes to diet and lifestyle. For shorter acne care, the studio offers an Acne Facial that covers cleansing, exfoliating, extractions, high-frequency treatment, a gel-style mask, LED light therapy, and product application. Other options include chemical peels, DMK enzyme therapy, and Perfect Peel.

For fine lines, scarring, and uneven tone, the studio offers CoolPeel, a CO2 laser that carries about one week of light downtime. Because most areas take a series, the studio asks clients to have the area freshly shaved, avoid sun and spray tans, avoid heat such as saunas and hot tubs for 24 hours after each session, and stop waxing, tweezing, and creams four to six weeks beforehand.

New clients are asked to book a consultation before starting treatment. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available through the booking platform for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. In-office medical-grade skincare lines can be bought at the studio, and the online shop carries the Skin Better line and Glymed products.
