Extension services include I-tip extensions, which are attached with beads and no heat, glue or adhesive, keratin bond extensions sold per row, and weft extensions. I-tip wearers are advised to book a move-up every six to eight weeks, and keratin extensions typically last three to five months before maintenance or replacement. Smoothing options include a keratin treatment, a Brazilian Blowout Express, a curly hair smoothing service, and a frizz control treatment using the Keratin Alpha Sleek Treatment, which the salon says is safe for color-treated hair and can last up to two weeks with home care.

Clients can request house calls. Hours are Wednesday through Saturday from 9 AM to 7 PM and Sunday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with Mondays and Tuesdays closed. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less notice, and no-shows, are charged 50% of the scheduled service total, and clients who repeatedly cancel late or miss appointments may be asked for a deposit or prepayment.
