Visits are by appointment only, and a card on file is needed for each booking under the cancellation policy. Spray tans are hand-applied by trained artists in private rooms rather than booths or beds, and extraction units filter the air during the service to pull out overspray. Each tan uses a vegan, plant-based formula with a color made for the client, and the salon says a session takes under 30 minutes. Complimentary extras include hair caps, disposable panties, wet wipes, barrier cream, a custom drying powder, nose plugs, lip care and a pH balancing prep towel when needed. Clients also have access to a 27-jet body dryer, filtered water and a jewelry cleaning station. Gratuity for artists is not required, though it is appreciated.

Beyond tanning, the studio offers teeth whitening with a plant-based solution, brows that are shaped and shaded as an alternative to a permanent tattoo, lash lifts and tints, lash extensions, body waxing and permanent jewelry. Every lash client has a personalized consultation before service. The Korean lash lift uses a two-step process that is gentler than the classic lift.

Monthly memberships cover spray tans, lash fills, whitening, brows, lashes and waxing, and members receive perks and savings. Bridal and wedding services include trial tans, wedding day tans, mobile options and tanning for full wedding parties; bridal and wedding bookings are made by phone. Mobile appointments are offered locally and in other areas. Gift cards and retail products are available, and clients shopping for those are asked to call before visiting. All three locations are open Monday to Friday 8am to 9pm, Saturday 8am to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 7pm. The salon says it has been featured on ABC, Miss USA, ESPN, CBS, Fox News, and at New York and Miami Fashion Week, Sports Illustrated and Vogue, and the homepage shows a 5.0 rating from 1,570 reviews, according to the salon.
