BLB Luxury was founded by Brittaney Sturgill as a personal venture after a difficult period. It was built to offer a safer alternative to traditional tanning and beauty services and to teach clients how to care for and protect their skin. Salon visits are by appointment. Spray tans are hand-applied by trained artists in rooms with extraction units that filter the air during services, and the salon does not use tanning booths or beds. Each tan is custom-colored to the client's skin type and undertone and takes under 30 minutes. Complimentary extras include hair caps, disposable panties, barrier cream, a custom drying powder and a 27-jet body dryer. Clients may choose real panties to take home instead of disposables, and filtered water and a jewelry cleaning station are available.

Beyond tanning, the studio offers teeth whitening with a plant-based solution, brows, lashes, body waxing and permanent jewelry. Bridal clients can choose customizable packages that include a trial tan, a wedding-day tan and a gift bag, and wedding parties can be accommodated. Monthly memberships cover spray tans, lash fills and other services, and spray tan memberships can be used at any of the three locations.

All three salons list the same hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 9:00pm, Saturday 8:00am to 5:00pm and Sunday 10:00am to 7:00pm.
