Visits usually start with a one-on-one consultation, which runs 30 minutes and is used to assess the hair and the look the client wants. Services range from small repairs and touch-ups to full maintenance, new loc installs and extensions. Some installs, including Loc Extensions and Microloc Install, require a consultation before booking.
The Locs menu covers repairs for damaged, thinning or breaking locs, touch-ups between full maintenance visits, traditional and interlock maintenance, and Insta Locs, which are formed by sectioning the hair and weaving the sections with a mini crochet needle and latch hook. Sisterlocks installs are also offered. The Treatments menu includes a deep conditioning treatment for dry or damaged hair and a color shampoo for gray hair.
The business also runs a two-day, 16-hour hands-on Microloc Class on creating and maintaining microlocks. Tuition is $1,500 with a $350 nonrefundable deposit to hold a seat, and the kit is included.
Hours are listed as Monday through Thursday 6 AM to 4 PM, Friday 6 PM to 6:30 PM, Saturday 4 AM to 6:30 PM, and closed Sunday. A 20% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. In-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid over time through Buy Now, Pay Later, subject to approval before the appointment.
