The salon aims for clients to leave knowing how to keep their hair healthy between visits. Its menu covers box braids and two strand twists on natural hair without extensions, braid extension removal, full head bonded extensions, and color from glazes and root touch ups to highlights, double process and dreadlock color. It also offers relaxers, silk presses, women's, men's and girls' haircuts, styling add-ons, and several conditioning and repair treatments.

Color services, color correction and dreadlock color all begin with a consultation, and the consultation also sets exact pricing for silk press services. Color correction is priced hourly and typically takes three to six hours. A full make over, the New Look, New Me service, takes about four and a half hours and also requires a consultation first.

Booking works on deposits. A $25 deposit is requested once a service is requested and is due within 24 hours of the request. It holds the day and time and goes toward the service, with the balance paid after the appointment. Deposits can be paid by Zelle or CashApp. Deposits are not refundable for client cancellations or reschedules, though an emergency reschedule outside the 24-hour window is allowed with a new $25 deposit. A same-day reschedule requires a secondary deposit plus 50% of the service amount at booking. If the salon does not confirm a request, the deposit is returned within 24 hours. Clients who do not call or show up may be blocked from booking.

The salon is open Tuesday from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Wednesday through Friday from 11:30 am to 7:00 pm, and Saturday from 11:30 am to 5:00 pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. An in-home or emergency service is available for a $100 fee, charged in addition to the regular service.
