Appointments are strongly suggested, though walk-ins may be possible. The front desk is open Monday from 11AM to 6PM and Tuesday through Sunday from 10AM to 6PM, and many stylists book outside those hours. Pricing varies by stylist and service, so the salon asks clients to get in touch with questions. Products are chosen for sustainability, cruelty-free standards and eco-conscious sourcing.

A Community Care Cabinet stands outside the salon and is open at all times. It is stocked with food, hygiene products and harm-reduction supplies, including Narcan.
