Eyelash extensions are applied by a trained lash technician using a specially formulated adhesive. Classic, hybrid, luxury volume and mega volume sets are offered, and refills are priced by how many weeks until the next visit, from one to three weeks. Hybrid sets are made of 60% volume fans and 40% classic lashes, while luxury and mega sets use hand-made 3-7D fans made on the spot. The studio does not recommend classic sets for sparse or thin lashes, and says extensions are generally filled every two to three weeks. Clients who cannot wear extensions or prefer no upkeep can book a lash lift, with lash tint and extension removal also listed; the studio says lift results last six to eight weeks.

The scalp and head spa menu is a large part of the studio. Head spa Silver is a 30-minute service with herbal aloe vera products. Head spa Gold runs 60 minutes and includes a scalp analysis, deep cleansing, a shoulder, neck and chest massage, and a detangle and blow-dry. Head spa Diamond combines a 60-minute head spa with a 30-minute mini facial. The HISTEMO-based scalp treatments run from 60 to 100 minutes depending on the concern: dry and oily scalp at 60 minutes, sensitive scalp at 75, prevent hair loss at 90, and hair growth at 100 minutes, the last using MTS technology and red light therapy. Ten-session packages and memberships are available for ongoing care. Aroma lymphatic therapy pairs manual lymphatic drainage massage with aromatherapy and is offered for swelling from lymphedema in chest, full body, and full body plus head versions.

Permanent makeup covers eyeliner, lip liner, full lips and brows. Brow options include 6D microblading using ultra-fine needles, powder brows, and a combined microblading and powder service. The studio states that its permanent makeup artists are certified. Color refreshes are priced by how long it has been since the original procedure, and the studio says touch-ups may be needed every one to three years.

Guests can book online, by phone or in person, and walk-ins are welcome, though the salon recommends booking ahead. A particular specialist can be requested, depending on availability. Changes to or cancellations of an appointment need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a fee, and anyone arriving more than ten minutes after their appointment time may be asked to reschedule. Lash extension and permanent makeup work is guaranteed for seven days, though breakage and normal wear are not covered; problems that appear within the first five days receive a free touch-up. Completed services cannot be refunded, but clients who are unhappy can ask for adjustments within three days. Memberships are for one person only and cannot be transferred or shared.
