The menu is built around braids and twists on natural hair, including cornrows, flat twists, two strand twists, box braids, knotless medium braids and tribal braids. Several of these require the client to bring their own braiding hair, and some set a minimum hair length. Silk presses on natural hair are done with a flatiron, and the studio also offers haircuts, relaxer retouches, color work including double process color, and treatments for a dry, flaky scalp or brittle, overprocessed hair.

Every hair service includes a shampoo and basic conditioner. The studio does not serve children and does not allow extra guests during appointments. It charges a 20% cancellation fee for no-call/no-shows, and in-person Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

The studio is open Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 8 AM to 8 PM, Sunday from 4 PM to 8 PM, and is closed Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
