The menu is broad. Hair styling is the largest group, with cornrows in several forms, locs and Sisterlocs services, crochet braids, pixie and bixie cuts, blowouts, silk presses and bridal updos. Hair care includes shampooing, conditioning, protein treatments and clarifying treatments with blow dry. Color and relaxer services range from perimeter color and gloss to highlights, ombre and dimensional color, and relaxer touch-ups and virgin relaxers, which can be done with the client's own crème or the salon's.

Clients who are new to the salon can start with a 30-minute Healthy Hair Consultation with a master stylist, which includes a personalized hair assessment and care plan. The salon also lists free 15-, 30- and 60-minute meetings. Wigs are covered too: installation, melt and lay finishes, customization, styling and maintenance.

The salon asks clients to cancel at least 24 hours ahead. Bookings can be rescheduled at any time, subject to availability, and late appointments may be rescheduled. Refunds are available when a service is shown to have been performed incorrectly.
