The salon was founded and is run by Cece, the owner and master nail technician. Cece began doing nails in Atlanta, Georgia in 2014, became a licensed professional in nail care, and has provided glam nails in Fredericksburg since 2016. Clients come from Fredericksburg and nearby cities, and from visitors and clients up and down the East Coast and from farther away. The menu covers classic and spa manicures, gel manicures, classic and gel pedicures, and foot care add-ons such as callus treatment, sugar scrub, clay mask and hot towels. Nail enhancements include overlay, short square, coffin, ballerina, tapered square, almond and stiletto full sets, with fills and repairs. UV/hard liquid gel is offered as an alternative to acrylic. Nail art, drawn designs, 3D art and bling are available, and there are brow and strip lash services. Press-on nails can be ordered for shipping nationwide. The salon takes bookings for wedding parties, graduations, business or community events, and prom. Weddings and special events should be booked at least two months in advance. The team has also worked with other nail technicians to extend services to events such as pamper parties and children's parties. A full acrylic set takes 45 minutes to an hour and lasts two to four weeks. A UV/hard liquid gel set takes one to one and a half hours and lasts three to four weeks. A gel manicure takes 30 to 45 minutes. A booking inquiry does not guarantee a time; confirmation follows a conversation with a tech and receipt of the deposit. Hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 9am to 7:30pm and Saturday from 9am to 3pm, with Sunday and Monday closed.

Cece aims for each client's nails to be unique rather than repeated, and puts nail care first, with the finished look following.
