The facial menu runs from a 40-minute dermaplaning treatment and a 45-minute Pamper in a Pinch session to a two-hour service that combines a targeted facial, lymphatic drainage facial massage, finishing serums and two add-ons. The Hydrator suits dry and sensitive skin, and The Rejuvenator uses antioxidants and gentle exfoliation. The Clarity adds extractions and high-frequency spot treatment for acne-prone or congested skin. The Red Carpet Facial combines a full-face dermaplane with the PCA Oxygenating Trio, and the business describes it as a three-step system. The business also describes The Works as the facial offering the most value for the price. Quick Peel Level 1 and Level 2 are 30-minute peels of up to six layers, priced per peel and per layer. New clients booking Level 2 need a consultation and one to two weeks of pre-treatment prep.

Waxing covers the face, brows, underarms, arms, legs and full body, along with several Brazilian options from All Natural to Luxury Full Monty. Maintenance Brazilian appointments are recommended every four to six weeks. Men can book body waxing, facial waxing and beard tinting, and the men's full body wax takes about three hours. Brow lamination, lash lifts and tints are also offered, with lamination and lifts lasting about four to eight weeks and tints lasting two to four weeks.

Products are not shipped; they are picked up in store during a set pickup window. Gift cards are available. Appointments can be canceled or moved by calling or texting (805) 698-5596. Cancellation fees apply within set windows: a full fee for no-shows or cancellations within two hours, 75 percent within 12 hours and 50 percent within 24 hours. Changes outside those windows are free. Clients more than six minutes late may have their appointment rescheduled and be charged the full service amount. Products can be returned or exchanged only if defective or if they cause an allergic reaction; for an allergic reaction, a photo or doctor's note is required for the manufacturer's replacement.

Treatments are built around each client's skin and goals, starting with a consultation and, where helpful, a product regimen suited to individual concerns such as sensitive skin.
