The spa says its approach is to shape treatments around each client rather than offering one standard service, guided by touch, careful listening and ongoing education. The focus is on the guest, with aestheticians, massage therapists and hospitality staff working together. Guests are offered a plush robe and a warm cup of tea on arrival, are asked to come about 15 minutes early, and can relax with complimentary refreshments in the spa lounge.

Biologique Recherche is a French skincare brand, and treatments are personalized to each skin type after a diagnosis by a skin expert. A visit typically begins with Skin Instant Lab Analysis, which uses five sensors to measure hydration, transepidermal water loss, elasticity, hyperpigmentation and sebum. The brand's process moves through three stages: assessment, initialization and treatment. According to the salon, the methodology is based on more than 40 years of experience.

The spa's signature offerings include the Remodeling Facial, which uses the Remodeling Face Machine to combine microcurrents and high-frequency currents on the face, neck and décolleté, and the Seconde Peau Anti-aging Ritual, which uses an electrospun mask made of 80 percent pharmaceutical-grade hyaluronic acid. The spa describes Seconde Peau as a non-invasive alternative to fillers. Hyper-customized facials are built with professional boosters, cofactor masques and a cold mask.

Medical aesthetics include SkinPen microneedling, which the spa describes as FDA-cleared, and Skinmedica Vitalize and Rejuvenize chemical peels. The spa describes these medical aesthetics treatments as pain-free. Exosome infusions are available with microneedling, and the medical director is Marek Kacki, MD, whose practice is Visage MedArt in Nashville.
