Keratin smoothing with Keratin Complex or Brazilian Blowout takes about two to three and a half hours and typically lasts three to five months. Guests are asked to wait 48 to 72 hours before the first wash and to use a sulfate-free shampoo afterward.

Bridal and event hair is handled through Black Tie Beauty, the salon's wedding and event service. Its hair and makeup artists can work on-site at a client's location or in a salon, and bridal consultations can be arranged by phone or in person. Makeup services include application, special event makeup and makeup lessons.

Facials begin with a consultation in which the esthetician assesses skin type, concerns and sensitivities before recommending a treatment. A standard custom facial takes about an hour and uses Biologique Recherche products. The menu also includes Intraceuticals facials, the Rezenerate Nano-Facial, The Clarity Acne Facial, chemical peels and dermaplaning, with peels and dermaplaning running 45 to 75 minutes depending on combinations. Clients are typically advised to book every four to six weeks and receive product recommendations between visits. Nail services include classic and gel or shellac manicures, spa and classic pedicures, and UV-cured gel and shellac polish that the salon says resists chipping for two to three weeks. Waxing covers brows, lip, chin, bikini, full face, arms, body and facial areas, with body waxing priced on request. Clinton Township also offers massage, and Birmingham offers Cryo treatments.

Prices are a la carte, and a plus sign marks a starting price; the final cost depends on hair length, density and service time. Appointments can be booked online through Meevo or by phone. Salon services require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and no-shows are billed for the reserved service. Royal Oak accepts walk-ins for same-day availability, though booking ahead is recommended. Parking is free in a lot at the Troy and Clinton Township locations and metered in Birmingham and Royal Oak.
