Brow work starts with a returning-client wax or a full sculpt, which removes unwanted hair with wax, tweezers and trimming. A complimentary makeup fill-in is available on request with a sculpt. Brow tint adds a skin-safe stain for definition, lasting up to 7 days on the skin and up to 3 weeks on the hairs. Brows need to be clean before tinting. Keratin-based brow lamination straightens and repositions brow hairs, with results lasting 4 to 6 weeks; it can be booked alone or combined with waxing and tinting in a single 90-minute visit.

Lash extensions come in classic, which uses one extension per natural lash for a natural look, and volume, which uses lightweight handmade fans and can be tailored to long and full or short and light. Wet sets are also offered. Refills are available at 2 or 3 weeks. A 3-week refill needs to be booked 21 days after the last visit, and if more than 23 days have passed a full set is required. A refill counts only if at least half of the client's lashes remain. Lash removal is available too.

Booking details: deposits can be moved to a new appointment once; rescheduling needs at least 48 hours notice. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time are charged and the deposit is forfeited, and repeated last-minute cancellations may limit future booking. A 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, who may receive a shortened or modified service. No-shows without notice are charged 50% of the service cost and banned from future booking. Guests, children and additional companions are not allowed during appointments. Gift cards are available, and in-person Buy Now, Pay Later financing is offered for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
