Services run from a 30-minute Custom Express Facial to a 90-minute Red Carpet Oxygen Facial, with seasonal and limited-time facials, multi-session series such as a microcurrent and LED package and a microdermabrasion series, and a four-session liquid microneedling series whose price is not listed.

Other services include a nail lounge, waxing from a butt strip to a full face or Brazilian wax, tinting and henna brows, eyelash extensions and Korean lash lifts, Reiki sessions, and the Salt Cave Infrared Sauna with a private room called The Zen Den. Microblading is booked under the INK tab. Massage is no longer offered under the Sienna & Co. name, and massage practitioners operate their own separate businesses.

Booking ahead is required, since every service runs by appointment. Guests can park along the side of the building or in the upper lot behind it, and the main door is at the front. A ramp for accessibility can be arranged if requested in advance. The front desk is open Tuesdays from 12 to 5, Wednesdays from 10 to 3, Fridays from 10 to 2, and Saturdays from 9 to 3. Products can be collected at other times by reserving a pickup slot online. Nail services can't remove gel, dip, acrylic, or hard gel applied elsewhere, so clients must have it removed beforehand or the appointment will be moved to another time. All product sales are final.

Treatments are tailored to each client, with facials and skincare built around individual needs and guidance on home care.

The Zen Den is a private sauna room reserved for the booked party during a session.
