The studio grew out of founder Gianna Palombo's work, which began in 2017 as a part-time job offering lashes and makeup. The work is built around a personal approach that aims to bring out each client's natural features, and clients are seen by appointment only so that each one receives full attention during the visit.

The lash menu covers classic, hybrid, and volume extensions, along with lash lifts and tints and touch-up appointments, which the studio recommends every two to three weeks. Lash extension services start at $115.

Permanent makeup services include microblading, which uses hair-like strokes to fill sparse areas of the brow, and nano brows, a machine technique that mimics individual brow hairs and suits most skin types, including oily or mature skin. Lip blushing adds a subtle tint and enhances natural lip tone. Saline tattoo removal is a non-laser option for lightening or removing unwanted permanent makeup or small tattoos. Permanent makeup services start at $450.

Nail services include gel and structured gel manicures, builder gel or hard gel extensions, nail art with detailed custom designs, and fills, repairs, and refresh appointments. Nail services start at $50.

Clients who had permanent makeup done by another artist must submit the PMU Inquiry Form before booking. The studio aims to reply within 24 to 48 hours, and submitting the form does not guarantee an appointment. Nail and lash appointments are booked through the Book Now button on the booking site.
