Melissa founded the practice and built it around unhurried appointments and direct answers. It now runs from three small locations rather than one large clinic: 522 E Putnam Ave, Suite #6 in Greenwich, 1513 Weaver St in Scarsdale, and 22 S Greeley Ave in Chappaqua. Each is open by appointment Tuesday through Saturday and closed Sunday and Monday.

Each visit opens with a consultation, and no one is pressed to commit or book that same day. Appointments are scheduled individually, which leaves room for each consultation to take the time it needs. When a treatment isn't suited to a client, the team says so and, where useful, refers them to another provider. Care leans conservative and often unfolds over several visits, followed by a review.

Injectables are used for forehead lines, lines between the brows and crow's feet, and an appointment takes about fifteen to thirty minutes including the consultation. Dermal fillers are used for the cheeks, under-eye hollows, jawline, lips and the folds around the mouth. Filler is usually placed in stages with a review afterward, and sessions run about thirty to sixty minutes depending on how many areas are treated. Some swelling or bruising afterward is normal and settles. PDO thread lifts are offered to reposition skin that has begun to descend, and PRP uses the client's own platelet-rich plasma, drawn on the day of treatment and usually given as a short series.

Laser and device treatments include Morpheus8, which combines micro-needling with radiofrequency for texture and firmness; IPL photofacial, which uses pulsed light to even out redness and sun damage; and laser hair removal, delivered as a planned series timed around how hair grows. Medical-grade facials cover cleansing, exfoliation, extraction as needed and actives chosen for the skin, take about forty-five to sixty minutes, and usually end with a short written home routine. Private skincare parties are also offered.

Clients can reach every location by car or by train. The Greenwich suite sits roughly ten minutes from I-95 exit 5 and is a short drive from the Greenwich and Cos Cob Metro-North stations; parking is available at the building, with metered spaces on East Putnam Avenue. The Scarsdale site is on Weaver Street, roughly ten minutes from the Scarsdale Metro-North station on the Harlem line, with off-street spaces at the storefront and street parking along the street. In Chappaqua, the location is a few steps from the Chappaqua Metro-North station; drivers can use municipal lots by the station, lots behind the South Greeley Avenue storefronts, or street parking on the avenue. According to the site, Scarsdale is the busiest of the three locations, while Chappaqua is the newest and quietest.

An appointment fee of $100 is collected before the visit and goes toward the service; it is refunded in full if no service is given. Appointments can be cancelled up to 48 hours ahead without penalty, and inside 48 hours the deposit is non-refundable. Because appointments are held one at a time, the front door is not always staffed between bookings, so clients are asked to call ahead. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in $5, $10, $20, $50 or custom amounts and can be bought at any time. Private parties need at least six guests and reserve one location for two hours; each guest has their own consultation before treatment, and the host receives a gift card toward any service, exclusive offers and first access to new treatments and products.

Treatment is conservative by default and often staged across visits, with a review afterward, and the practice will say when a treatment is not right for a client.

The Greenwich suite is small, and appointments are booked one client at a time.
