The studio keeps evening hours on most weekdays, with Tuesday and Friday from 4:00 to 7:30 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 4:00 to 9:00 PM, and Saturday split into an early morning block from 7:00 to 9:30 AM and an afternoon and evening block from 3:00 to 7:30 PM. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
After a lash service, clients can buy the studio's own aftercare kit. A new cleanser kit is $15, and the premium kit at $30 adds tools such as a brush, a travel spoolie wand, a USB mini fan, a hair band, a cleansing cloth, a mini water dispenser and extra spoolies. Empty cleanser bottles can be returned for a $14 refill. Kits can be picked up at the studio or delivered locally.
