The studio combines its in-house team with the Lofty Collective, a group of independent beauty professionals who book their own appointments. Waxing and massage therapy come through that group, so clients can arrange several kinds of care in one place, which the studio describes as personalized.

For lash extensions, the studio offers Angel, Classic, Hybrid and Volume styles. The Angel full set uses lightweight volume lashes that are not fanned out and takes about 2 hours. Classic places one extension on each natural lash, Hybrid mixes angel and volume lashes in about 2.5 hours, and Volume fans 2 to 10 lashes onto a single natural lash over about 3 hours. Fills are suggested every 2 to 3 weeks, when 30% to 50% of extensions remain. Clients with less than 30% left need an extended fill, and clients should arrive with freshly cleansed lashes.

Facial services include a Signature Hydrafacial at $175, which covers steam, extractions if needed, a custom mask and a face and neck massage, and a version for men called the Hydra-macial at the same price. Also offered are a 60-minute Custom Classic Facial for $85, a 30-minute Express Dermaplane Facial for $60 and a PCA Chemical Peel for $110 that includes an aftercare kit. Lash lifts include a Korean lift with tint at $105 and without tint at $100, plus an Advanced Lash Lift and Tint at $115 for thick, dense or resistant lashes. Brow lamination is $80, or $95 with tint, and brow or lash tinting is $40 each.

Memberships come in two tiers. The Essential is $60 a month and includes one 45-minute custom facial each month, while the Elevated is $99 a month and includes one 75-minute facial or chemical peel, a complimentary dermaplane and a Hydrafacial upgrade for an extra $35. Both include 10% off professional skincare. The studio is open Monday 9am to 2:15pm, Tuesday 9am to 3:30pm, Wednesday 1pm to 7pm, Thursday 9am to 6:30pm, and Friday and Saturday 9am to 3:30pm. It is closed on Sundays. Appointments need a credit card on file and a 25% deposit, and cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead are not charged.

The studio describes its services as personalized and offered all in one place. It pairs in-house lash and skin care with independent providers from the Lofty Collective.
