Before a visit, clients are asked to exfoliate 48 hours ahead, moisturize daily and stay hydrated. Hair should be about 1/4 inch long, and long hair should be left untrimmed, since the waxer will trim it at the appointment if needed. Electric trimmers are not recommended because they can leave hair uneven. Clients should avoid alcohol and tanning beforehand, should not book over a sunburn, and must disclose all medications. Retinoids and several listed acne medications need to be stopped 7 days before waxing, and Accutane must be stopped a year before.

After a wax, clients should avoid direct sunlight, pools, hot tubs, lakes, saunas, exercise and steam for at least 24 hours, and exfoliation can begin 3 days after waxing. Some discomfort is normal, the first appointment is usually the most uncomfortable, and mild itching or temporary bumps can happen. With consistent waxing, hair tends to grow back sparser.

Booking is handled online with a card on file. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice; later cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the booked total. Clients more than five minutes late may need to wait for the next open slot. Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian present to sign the contract, and photo ID may be requested. Brazilian services for people with penises are offered by referral from a current client or to people who are transitioning, and those clients contact the studio directly. Payment is accepted by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, and cash in exact amounts; checks are not accepted.

The studio focuses on careful preparation and consistent hair-removal methods, with a hard wax for most areas and a soft wax for large sections.
