The studio is known for 15-minute Brazilian waxes and for brow shaping fitted to each client's face shape. Waxing is offered for men and women. Brazilian waxing is offered only to people with a vulva; people with a penis are waxed only when referred by a current client. Hard and soft waxes are both hypoallergenic: hard wax is used for all facial work and many body services, while soft wax suits large areas such as a full leg. Clients lie on a heated massage table and can use a blanket during service.

Booking is online at any hour, and a booking is only saved once a text and email confirmation goes out. Before the first visit, clients sign a waxing consultation form and a no-show and cancellation contract, sent through Square. A card must be on file. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice. A flat $25 fee applies to late cancellations and no-shows, and clients more than five minutes late are moved to the next open slot or charged as a no-show. Clients who repeatedly no-show, are chronically late or cancel the same day may be banned from future bookings. Under-18 clients need a parent or guardian to sign and be present in the room.

Hours are Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the studio closed Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Saturday; the site notes hours may vary. Accepted payments include credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App and exact cash. Gift cards and eGift cards in set amounts or custom amounts are available.
