Bikini options range from a basic line to a full Brazilian, and Brazilian clients can ask for a landing strip or triangle shape. Bikini services are offered to women only, while body and facial waxing are open to men as well.

Hard wax is used for all facial work and most body areas, and for every Brazilian service. Soft wax is kept for larger areas such as full legs. The studio describes its waxes as hypoallergenic. The deluxe bikini and full face services finish with the Hush Hydrate Mask, and the deluxe full face also includes a calming toner and cold globes.

Clients are asked to prepare in advance: hair about a quarter inch long, no short stubble, no alcohol before the visit, and no tanning or sunburn on the day. Exfoliation is recommended 48 hours beforehand and should resume three days after. For at least 24 hours afterward, clients should avoid direct sun, pools, hot tubs, saunas, steam and workouts. People with very long hair are asked to trim with scissors rather than electric clippers. Medications must be disclosed before the appointment, and anyone on acne medication is advised to check with a dermatologist first.

A card must be on file to book, and 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations, no-shows and clients who cannot keep a moved appointment are charged half the booked services. Arrivals more than five minutes late may need to wait for the next open slot. Payment is by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Cash App. Cash is accepted only in exact amounts, and checks are not accepted.

Uses hypoallergenic waxes matched to each area, with written preparation and aftercare guidance for clients.
