Carly Caraballo founded Bethesda Wellness in 2018. The spa describes itself as a luxury spa and as one of Northeast Ohio's most trusted destinations for holistic skincare. Its methodology, corneotherapy, is built around maintaining and restoring the skin barrier, and the team's treatments are shaped by that goal.

Visits begin with a conversation about the client's concerns and goals. The spa offers customized facials, advanced treatment facials for concerns such as acne, sensitivity, rosacea and signs of aging, and massage therapy. Treatment rooms use heated tables, and the spa takes a whole-body view of skin health that includes relaxation.

Memberships carry a 12-month commitment with automatic payments on the 1st and 15th of each month. Unused credits roll over, up to a maximum of 3, and cancelling early incurs a $200 fee.
