The menu covers hair, nails, skin care and spa treatments under one roof. Hair services include haircuts, blowouts, updos, hair coloring from subtle highlights to bold shades, hair design ranging from classic to avant-garde, perms and smoothing treatments that start with an assessment of hair type and the look the client wants, and hair extensions applied by Great Lengths Certified stylists. Hair coloration uses Wella products and is performed by Wella-certified colorists. Makeup services include event makeup and makeup lessons.
Skin care is performed by estheticians and includes customized facials, Hydrafacials, advanced skin treatments, anti-aging solutions, acne management with products for acne-prone skin, skin rejuvenation, hydrating therapies, and eyebrow and eyelash tints. Spa services add waxing, body treatments, massage in several styles and spa packages that combine several services into one booking. Massage options include therapeutic, hot rocks, pregnancy, scalp and foot reflexology, and the massage menu also lists Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone and aromatherapy. Sessions typically run from 30 to 90 minutes, depending on preference.
Manicures and pedicures include a soak, shaping or nail and cuticle care, and polish; manicures can be done in gel, and pedicures include exfoliation and a foot and leg massage. Pricing is based on stylist experience. Senior Stylists set the higher rate, and New Talent stylists, who the business says are fully licensed and receive ongoing training, are offered at a more budget-friendly price.
Booking policies matter here. Online appointments must be prepaid by credit card and are non-refundable, with a credit issued toward the next visit. Online changes and cancellations must be made by calling the salon. Changes need 24 hours' notice or the full service amount is charged, and cancellations made less than 4 hours ahead may carry a 50% service charge. Premium services may require 12 hours' notice. No-shows are billed the full amount. Gift cards cannot be used for online booking. Parking is complimentary at both locations, and the business offers a loyalty program, pickup and delivery, and customized packages for bridal parties and groups on request.
