The spa frames its work around therapeutic wellness. Massage and bodywork are offered to support health and well-being, and the therapeutic sessions aim for a sense of balance in the body through natural approaches and education. The spa describes its aesthetic treatments as using newer technology, alternative practices and higher-end products, and it states it is the only spa in the area offering the ECHO2 Plus oxygen treatment. The massage menu is grouped as Classic, Specialty and Therapeutic. Relaxation is a Swedish massage for full-body relaxation that includes a warm towel on the back, a feet cleanse and a hot dry wrap on the feet; it is $75 for 60 minutes or $101 for 90 minutes. Deep Tissue uses slow, deep strokes with trigger point, myofascial release and neuromuscular techniques with the same towel and foot touches, at $80 for 60 minutes or $122 for 90 minutes. Couples massage for two uses aromatherapy, Swedish massage, hot towels and warm basalt stones, and must be booked in advance with full payment at booking. Prenatal massage is done in a side-lying position and is offered only after 12 weeks of pregnancy, with clients asked to share how far along they are when booking. Skincare is grouped as Facials, Advanced Treatments and Specialty Treatments. Options include an acne-focused oxygen facial using Oxyceuticals with the ECHO2 Plus, an oxygen facial for all skin types, LED light therapy, microdermabrasion, radio frequency and microcurrent for the face and neck, dermaplaning, and CryoClear treatment for dark spots and skin tags. The Diamond Facial is a 90-minute service at $110 that includes skin analysis, enzyme exfoliation, diamond-tip microdermabrasion and a sonophoresis mask. The Student Facial is for clients 18 and younger. Head spa treatments come in three levels. Essential is 45 minutes for $115, Gold is 75 minutes for $150 and adds a scalp and hair analysis, and Diamond is 90 minutes for $225 with camera-based scalp analysis and a facial during an herbal steam cap. Clients booking Gold or Diamond are asked to wash their hair 24 hours before. Hair is damp afterward, and a complimentary hair station is available to dry and style it before leaving. Booking is by text or phone at 440-990-4446, and requests should include full name, email, cell number, whether the visit is massage or facial, and a duration of 30, 60 or 90 minutes. Requests receive a reply within one business day. New clients can complete a massage or esthetics intake form before the first visit. The spa asks for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel, with 36 hours or more preferred. Cancellations inside 24 hours carry a fee of 45% of the reserved amount plus a 3% card transaction fee, and cancellations under 10 hours ahead or no-shows are charged 100% of the service to the card on file. The spa says its providers are paid on commission only, which is the reason for these fees. A 20% gratuity is customary, a 3% fee applies to card and gift card tips, and products and gift certificates are not returnable or refundable.
